Super fun homeschooling day today! She wrote some numbers, did a dolphin craft and read some a bunch of ocean books we got from the Library We even watched a movie about a dolphin . . Homeschooling doesn’t have to be hard! We don’t use a curriculum. If she doesn’t want to do something I suggest we move on I ask her what she’s interested in. .... . Meeting new people, not my favourite thing! Don’t get me wrong, I like people.... but meeting a group of people who I don’t know makes me feel quite awkward. Not only am I introverted but I also have trouble with my speech so yeah.... . . A local homeschool co-op is starting and we don’t know many homeschoolers. Miss 4 needs more homeschooling friends so we went! I put all my courage oils on (VALOR!!!!) and out the door we went. .... . And it was good. The ladies were very kind and inclusive. The girls had a great time playing with the other kids once they warmed up to the situation. And we’re going to go back. I was brave. I am brave. . . #homeschoolmom See more
