As per the Alberta Government's order, Freedom School of Dance will not be hosting in-person classes from November 13-27. Parents, please check your emails for a studio update. What continues to be clear with every passing day is that we need to work together, as a community, to reduce the spread of Covid-19. I have thoroughly enjoyed being back in the studio with my dancers these last two months. However, I understand that keeping everyone at home as much as possible is... a necessary part of supporting our health care system and preventing it from being overwhelmed. If we are not back in the studio on November 28, I will do what I can to be a responsible Albertan and supportive dance educator! Then may we all have the good fortune to spend Christmas with our loved ones. I hope you'll all do the same.

As we reflect back on this year, it's important to focus on more than all of unexpected circumstances. Identify what you had/have as life was changing around you. As a studio, we have a dedicated core of dancers who jumped into the online classroom every week and for that I am very grateful!
