Heading towards Haiti today. Going to help my friend Rick Wood getting a surgery team set up.

Today is our last day of surgery in Patzun, Guatemala. Today’s cases bring us to a total of 55 surgeries: 27 cleft lip surgeries, 21 cleft palate surgeries, 4... pharyngeal flap surgeries, 2 tonsillectomies, and 1 frenulectomy! In addition, our dental team saw over 50 kids and adults, providing dental care and treatment all week. Our volunteers also enjoyed visiting the orphanage attached to the hospital and interacting with the children every day. It’s been an amazing week with hard-working volunteers, wonderful families, and beautiful, sweet children.
