It’s been awhile since I’ve been behind the bar. The last time was about 4 years ago at the most bananas Barn Burner I’ve ever seen. (Not mentioning any names Mathew Benvie ) Tonight I helped my dear friend Suki Hughes create a Low Country meets Louisiana party for her partners and employees. Hurricanes (the traditional N’awlins cocktail), guitar picking, crab cakes, a low country boil, tons of gingham and sun flowers, autumn grasses, soft lights, Mardi Gras masks, and s...ome old fashioned New Orleans Jazz.
