The energy of Saturn and Capricorn rules tradition. It's no coincidence to me that Christmas occurs during Capricorn Season. So many of us are engaged in family... traditions every year around this time. When most people think of traditions, they don't usually think of the negative patterns of behavior that get passed on from generation to generation and how easy it is to get caught up into repeating those behaviors. Being able to recognize those unhealthy patterns and making the decision to have them end with you is both a brave and beautiful undertaking. Doing this not only helps heal yourself but also heal generations to come. Saturn's transit through Aquarius, with the blessing of Jupiter, currently in the same sign, will bring opportunities to rebel against established rules and traditions that don't best serve the collective. This is prime time to get to work breaking the chains of generational curses, toxic familial cycles, and outdated customs that destroy more than heal. Are you ready for the revolution?

I have spent a few late night getting things ready to resume appointments. Sunday and Mondays I will work on my clients starting this week. I want to do some in depth work on people who have weight issues. If you want to lose or are unable to gain weight I'm looking for some test subjects....
