So, I’ve been conditioning a bit after eating ALL of my Easter chocolates but the next day I got to do this .... my first tandem flash kick with @_johannesluethi_ and @_magdalenaluethi_ i didn’t get my legs kicked out quite right but I’m working on it. It was sooo much fun to be back on the trampoline again I also learned how to count to 3 in German ... Eins, zwei, drei... !! @grtcrew_official @grtnetwork__official @north_trampoline_official

There have been many changes since the COVID-19 hit and some of my events have been postponed!! The @freestyletrampoline_official website has updates and will announce new event dates soon. So, since we cant train together, lets take this time to educate ourselves, learn something new, read a book, spend time with your furry friends, watch training videos, talk on the phone with friends but above all, stay safe and healthy with exercise of some kind and a healthy diet !! We will all be together again soon when this has passed I miss all my freestyle buddies #freestylefreddy
