You know better than anyone that Younique was founded upon a mission to uplift, empower and validate women around the world. Our commitment to our cause makes the recent events in our nation even more heartbreaking. And although we never want to be political or divisive in this community, we want to be clear that black lives matter. We cannot stand silent while our brothers and sisters suffer the violent effects of institutionalized racism that have cost many their lives. We see this issue as one not of politics, but of our own humanity. Therefore, to support the effort to end inequality and racism, we have chosen to donate $100,000 to the Equal Justice Initiative. The Equal Justice Initiative is committed to challenging racial and economic injustice, and to protecting basic human rights for the most vulnerable people in American society. We are listening and want to do our part to amplify Black voices. We invite Black members of our community to submit your stories in the comments below or send us an email at [email protected]. We will use this time to share these experiences on our platforms to help us all better understand each other, inform our perspectives and to ultimately unite our voices. At Younique, we are dedicated to uplifting, empowering, and validating those around us by using our hearts to listen and our voices for good. It will be available in all languages and markets that we support, and 100% of the profits will be donated directly to the Equal Justice Initiative.
