Good morning! I wanted to let everyone know that we are reviewing the new guidelines and taking measures to get everything in place to be able to open as soon as possible, within the coming days. I will update as we get closer and have a firm opening date, so as to be able to start taking reservations. We are very much looking forward to seeing everyone again and getting back to work! Hello, to my amazing fresh family. I hope you are all doing well during this crazy time in our lives. I'm trying my best to occupy my time, like everyone, and so far, so good, one day at a time. I really can't wait to get back to work. ... In the meantime, I just wanted to check in, touch base and thank you all, for everything. My Fresh team, firstly, for toughing this out and having my back, for checking in on me, and assuring me we can do this. We have the best little team! For all of the love, support,and genuine concern (not only now, but in general) from all of you; I can't express how it makes me feel in just a little note, but please know I appreciate it so much. It gives me the motivation and strength to keep riding this wave, in the name of being able to once again do what I love. This definitely reaffirms that we can’t take anything for granted. So many of you have become my friends through this journey, and even though things feel so uncertain right now, I will forever have that as a keepsake, regardless what happens, so I’m feeling pretty grateful. This situation, as everyone knows, is hard for everyone. I especially feel for my fellow restaurant / bar owners and staff. We truly are in this together and we all miss our jobs! It's such a fun industry, in the strangest way. May we be brave, strong, and be there to build each other up when we can get back on our feet. If we weren't brave, we wouldn't be in this business. We do it because we love providing people with places to gather, to celebrate, to go on special dates, to eat, drink, and be merry AND to listen to good music. I’m planning on having a seriously good new playlist when we get back to it. I can't wait to see everyone again, we have things to celebrate! Take care, all, and I hope to see you soon.
