The back to school season is a reminder that real life continues to happen, despite the craziness of the past 6 months. Definitely a #bakingfail on this one. I love cooking, but rarely do baking. Apparently baking is a bit more nuanced than cooking regular meals. The goal was GF, DF dark chocolate zucchini brownies (yes, I know they are not usually done in muffin tins), but the end result was something resembling chocolate zucchini pudding. Tasted great, but not really like muffins or brownies!
