So.... this is 1 of 2 chocolate muffins. I ate one and now Roger better come home and eat this because it keeps staring at me. These muffins are so frigin . And they are made by Roger’s sister Tracy, who had to change her whole idea of how to nourish her family with her baking and cooking when her husband and daughter were both diagnosed with #celiacdisease. But when I tell you I ate this muffin and didn’t wonder where the wheat was, you don’t have to believe me because she will be selling her baked goods @abbymaeglutenfree In the mean time... we will see who gets the last muffin....

Goodnight garlic, see you in the spring! We just finished covering the field with miscanthus grass mulch, which will protect the cloves from the worst of the winter cold and suppress the weeds next year. We chose miscanthus instead of wheat or rye straw because it doesn’t contain any seeds, so should give us a nice clean field next season. Swiss chard stems and red onion looks like a pink party!
