They are Gluten-Free Vanilla Sponge with Triple Coconut and Fresh Raspberry Centre topped with French Vanilla Buttercream infused with a hint of ButterRum, Raspberry and Coconut oils. Luscious.

GF, Vegan 4-Layer 6" Round Chocolate Fudge Cake filled with Vegan Strawberry 'Buttercream' Frosting mixed with thin slices of Naturally Dried Strawberries. Frosted with Strawberry Oil infused Vegan 'Buttercream' and finished with Funfetti Sprinkles, and Neon Electric Green Piping. The Edible Image topper is a created composite image of the characters from Paw Patrol's episode: "Pups Bark with Dinosaurs", combining all the things that our birthday boy loves <3

(long) CAUTIONARY TALE: -Tower of GF Strawberry Shortcake. Not pictured: Floral Mickey Mouse Topper with Greeting similar to the medallions on the white chocolate fence, only larger and done on fondant. Obviously this had to be packed in two separate boxes for transportation; -unfortunately for a 4 hour trip. A word of caution when ordering Cream-based and moisture sensitive bakery items: spare a thought for how long they will be in transport, out of refrigeration or sitt...ing at room temperature before consumption. I try to remember to ask these questions of my clients, but I'm not perfect and sometimes plans change (as in the case of this client), so even though cheesecake or cream cheese frosting or whipped cream may be your absolute favourites, you might have to go with something else to get the best results for your venue and logistical situation. Those of you who are bakers would also have realized by now that the topper would have ended up a 'flopper' as the fondant would not have stayed hard for four hours in transport in the moist environment of the box of strawberry shortcake, regardless of how well I sealed it. The plus-side is that I guarantee my work, so if a client is not satisfied, I will always make things right :) <3 See more
