All my equestrians out there . I can’t help you with going off course, the saddle pad addiction (I also have a saddle pad addiction. I’m an enabler) or the fear of wide oxers but the back and knee pain I can do something about! Had a bad fall? Ride with your stirrups short so your knee hurts? Or did your horse accidentally headbut you a little too hard? I’ve got you covered! As an equestrian myself I can treat the pain issues and lend an ear to how your OTTB spooks at his own shadow.

Hello everyone! I was watching the broadcast this afternoon. I see we have a stay home order here in Ontario. But RMTs, as regulated health care practitioners, are permitted to remain open.

Hey London, did you know? RMTs are allowed to remain open as we are regulated healthcare professionals. That being said, the numbers are pretty scary for people like us who are in prolonged contact with people. So I have devised the following; ... Screening, masks and hand washing immediately as you walk in. This remains unchanged. 30 minutes between clients Hand sanitizer before and after treatment for you and for me (I was doing it anyway) As for new clients! I am accepting new clients during the lockdown on a case by case basis. This is assessed based upon need and risk to both you and myself. I care very much about my clients and their well-being and I wanna take a moment to thank them for their continued support and cooperation. It means so much to me in this unprecedented time. Please message me if you have any questions or if you’re a new client and you’d like to book an appointment. If you’ve been to my office before, my admin is available to book you in at 519.685.0635. Happy booking and stay safe!

Disclaimer: THERE IS SWEARING IN THIS. I’m sorry. It’s just such an excellent explanation of the vaccine.

Annnnd we’re done! I’ve officially finished treating for 2020 and currently have a long stemmed wine glass of sparkling rosé in front of me. I’ll be returning on January 4th, 2021. I want to thank all of my clients from the bottom of my heart for trusting me, supporting my business and just being wonderful people. It makes my job so much more enjoyable when all my clients are so amazing. I’m so thankful for each and every one of you. So sincerely thank you I hope you all have outstanding and safe Christmases.

There’s some very scary information in here. This is why my screening is getting stricter. Please bear with me. This is a scary time to be an RMT.

We’re open throughout the lockdown! Screenings are still in place, as is hand hygiene upon entering the building, and a mask at all times. As of tomorrow I’ll be done for 2020! Merry freaking Christmas folks! The think we can all use a break! I’ll be opening my doors again January 4th! If you’ve been to holiday gatherings of five people or more please wait two weeks before coming in. If you have any symptoms, even mild ones, please reschedule your appointment.

Hello everyone! As you all know I’m pretty strict when it comes to the screening process at work. Part of that is making certain that the people coming into the clinic are being reasonably safe in these trying times (including myself! I always make sure to pass my own screening!). The idea is that nobody comes in with with COVID-19 so that nobody gets infected. To that end I have the following request; If you are attending the anti mask demonstrations please wait 14 days bef...ore booking in with me. I support your right to do whatever you like! It’s just a very high risk activity that creates a lot of risk for myself medically and my patients as well. The reality is that as much as I do to reduce the risk of infection, there is still a risk. I’m doing absolutely everything in my power to minimize this risk. Part of that is asking those who have been in large crowds unmasked (or in large crowds in general) to wait 14 days before booking to ensure there are no symptoms of the disease. Thank you for your cooperation!

We remember Happy Remembrance Day to all who served. We appreciate you every single day, not just today. You’re all the reason we live in the wonderful society that we do and we’re all very thankful for it #lestweforget

I have appointments starting next week throughout the week at various times due to a few cancellations! Let me know what you’re looking for and I’ll do my best to make something work for you. We’ve officially reached that time of year where I say my annual warning;... *if you want in during the month of December, you should book it soon. It’s filling up very quickly!* Tis the season for crazy amounts of bookings and a very hectic cancellation list! That is all. Be well and stay safe
