Dear Brothers and Sisters, It was some few days ago when we updated you with some directives which regulate church participation in our Sunday Services during this COVID-19 period. It has become necessary to scale back the 100 considerably due to the rising number of cases of the pandemic. This measure has been taken to minimize and address safety concerns of members grouping in... a larger body. We cherish everyone and are committed to doing everything to safeguard the lives of our members and want to assure you that we are going to continue to follow the Safety guidelines. In view of these developments we have created 2 groups and a new list which will be shared with you quickly. The groups will alternate on weekly bases. The list should be ready by the end of the day. All other items remain unchanged, ie Broadcasting of Services, virtual classes and time of meetings. The times are fluid and we shall continue to update you with any development. Please, feel free to let us know of your concerns. We cherish your prayers and support at all times. I know the Lord is with us and will protect and guide us through the turbulent times. Thank you Joseph Amartey Bill Minns Alex Escobar Brampton Ward Bishopric. See more

Dear Ward Family, It is with such an honor and privilege to know you in a better way and to serve you at a critical time of our life. The storm is not over yet, but one sure truth is that the Lord God Almighty is in charge and will sustain us through it. The Lord is refining us in His special way and it requires patience on our part. It is a unique time and changes are necessary; we hope we have emerged out of this unique General Conference better.... For your information the Stake Presidency under the direction of the Area Presidency has approved the Wards to proceed with extreme caution to increase the number of members gathering for worship in-person on Sundays from the limit of 25 to 100. We anticipate the number to attend the meeting may exceed the new limit of 100. If that is so, we will make the necessary adjustments as required. This means that we are returning to the weekly sacrament meeting and our Ward scheduled time is 11:00 am - 12 noon with simultaneous broadcasting to ward members who may participate from home. This will be followed by second hour virtual meetings from 1:00PM - 2:00PM as follows; 1. Adult and Youth Sunday School on the 1st & 3rd weeks, and 2. Elders Quorum / Relief Society / Aaronic Priesthood and Young Women classes on the 2nd & 4th weeks of the month Given the limitation caused by COVID-19 virtual Primary meetings will not take place and we invite parents to enhance home learning by teaching and singing with primary-age children as leaders will provide the necessary support. For our protection and safety we are going to continue to follow strict protocol and health guidelines, more so as the numbers have increased to 100. We will need your full participation as you have hitherto done. Details will follow promptly. Members at higher risk due to age or underlying medical conditions and anyone with symptoms should not attend in person but should participate via the broadcast. Face Masks are required for those who attend in person with possible exceptions made for children under 2 years of age. We shall update you as we move forward in our dealings Thank you Joseph Amartey Bill Minns Alex Escobar Brampton Ward Bishopric See more
