Announcing! We are so excited to announce the return of our tasting menu starting this week for the month of December. Apple glazed cabbage, braised meats in red wine, seafood over charcoal and everything else that proclaims winter! The tasting menu ends with a holiday traditional Pandoro dessert of crumbled gingerbread and mascarpone ice cream. Just in time to wish you off to have a safe, warm and happy holidays. Come join us for a winter feast. Limited seats are available so please book in advance.

We are planning something new for December and excited to share it with all of you! Stay tuned for the announcement over the next few days. . As of now York Region continues to stay in red zone with restricted rules for indoor dining. Our seating is limited to 10 guests by reservations only. This allows us to allocate ample distance between tables to ensure extra safety. We ask that guests also follow protocol; masks at all times when not seated and to use our hand sanitizers upon entering and after using restrooms. It's spring time already and we're really missing all our guests. If you had dined with us last spring you may remember these cherry blossom canelés. The Bitter Bison is the 7th plate on our winter menu. It is a bison short rib accompanied by a celeriac purée. The sauce is a reduction of the cooking liquid, mushroom and burdock root. It is topped by a crumble of dried burdock, roasted almonds and bitter cocoa.

Our first winter menu has been a bit of a secret, but no longer. Scroll through to see video of our chefs preparing our 3rd dish on the winter menu, the Turnip in Dirt. A coal roasted turnip is topped with a black garlic and bread miso paste and nestled into a purée of turnip greens. The entire dish surrounded by our signature dirt, a bread crumble tossed with prosciutto, garlic, anchovies and brown butter. A combination of earthy flavours that pairs so well with a glass of Borrowing Owl 2016 Chardonnay.
