We want to change everything: get fitter, be leaner, become better, smarter, wiser... You name it. ... However, often we want too much and are attempting it the wrong way. It’s about a balance, a lifestyle worth living. A way of living you enjoy and can keep up. I have been reflecting a lot of what I want for this new year. Here goes. I want to take actual breaks when my body and mind need it. Because they need it, not just when it’s too late. I want to occupy my mind with things I enjoy. Period. See, I didn’t say No to anything, I said Yes to some things. What are you saying Yes to in 2021? P.S. Psst, you can also still enjoy chocolate even when watching your weight.
