The meal solutions are life savers. They are great to have on hand for last minute meals or for your weekly meal plans. I have lots in stock.. you can mix and match them. $4 for a single pack or 3 (of any kind) for $11.75. Today I wanted to switch gears for a moment. What do you do with your empty jars? Did you know that the base of the grinders work with the jar lids ? They make great containers for other spices with the shaker lids?... Did you know that the grinder tops fit on all the other jars? I save my empty jars when cooking for the fat drippings. The jars are great to repurpose for our toothpaste tablets and bath salts... it’s a clean simple look. ***if you would some shaker lids let me know as I have lots of extras***

Sunday’s are for making granola, baking banana bread and lasagna.. comfort food on a cool January day.

Dinner and dessert last night with two of the new Meal Solutions packs... amazing!! For the crispy lettuce wraps I added shredded zucchini, shredded carrots, onions and red peppers ..I add extra veggies into meals whenever I can. The Luscious Lemon Curd was also delicious and so each to make... going to try to do some baking with it and also make sesame lemon chicken this week too.

This has become our new favourite snack of 2021 so far.. seasoned chick peas made in the air fryer. So many flavour combinations. I have gone through 10 cans of chick peas in less than a week.

I can’t believe that we are already into the first week of December.. I have an order going in on Sunday. All orders placed before Dec 7 are guaranteed to be here by Christmas. Message me if you need anything.
