Hey you! The snow is touching my belly!!

Held our first Horse Party and despite the cold temperatures and rainy drizzle it was a success. The girls went home happy and ready for their next horse adventure!

We have all settled in to the new location! Pictures to follow soon! With our new location, come news opportunities for you guys! We will be offering a summer camp session in August! Our camp will touch on: ... Equine Assisted Learning (EAL) Equine First Aid Riding and Horsemanship As well as, farm games, horse related crafts and some time to just connect with nature! This day camp will be run August 8th-12th and the cost is $250 per person. Please contact us via email [email protected] for more information or to register! We look forward to a horse filled experience and can't wait to spend some of our summer with you!

From The Ground Up Equestrian works with Thornton Academy Stables to offer superb lessons and other amazing agricultural experiences for students and you guys! At From The Ground Up Equestrian, we believe that the best start to any relationship (especially with our equine friends) is to have a positive connection. From The Ground Up is a place to build these connections, develop life skills, and make friendships. We are a barn that works with children and adults with little to no horse experience and our goal is to build a solid foundation on the ground that leads to easier application of techniques in the saddle and in life. In our... lesson programs we teach from the ground up and from the inside out. This means that your attitude and frame of mind will influence how your horse performs. Also, how you handle the horse on the ground, in the stall, and tack up area will determine his respect and trust in you.
