In light of covid increasing, and also a desire to more deeply explore somatic movement, and catch up on my homework from Somatic Movement Therapy Training, and do some serious selfcare... I am stepping back from massage for the time being. After 18 yrs it is time to recalibrate. Blessings. Be in touch if you have any interest in exploring online sessions using breath work, movement and posture/ stretching/ strengthening, etc to stay strong, embodied, calm. Or use the body as a resource for dealing w challenges.
