Gosh I’ve missed shooting outdoors, like SO much. I’m so super stoked knowing that I’m moving to a place where I can shoot outdoors all year round. Happiness, I feel so full of it these days!!

Two weeks until moving day holy crap, it feels as though there’s still so much to do. Not to mention the fact that we haven’t even started packing yet, yikes, time to get things in motion. So my feeds about to change in a very drastic way. If you’re here for the adorable babies I’ve been photographing and sharing over the past 13 years, I’m sorry to tell you that you won’t be seeing much of them anymore. My focus is shifting from work life to personal life and probably a bunch of other stuff along the way. We’re in the midst of a massive life change and I truly hope that you’ll stick around on this journey with me. I’ll do my best to make it an easy transition on the eyes and keep you entertained with my words. If that’s simply not enough and you need to part ways from my feed, no hard feelings what so ever I get it!

There are no two stronger human emotions then fear and love. In many ways they’re not so different. Both can make you do crazy things This intimate moment between Mum and her girls makes my heart soar! What sort of emotion does it give you?

Typically I can look at a image and decide immediately whether I prefer colour or black and white. This image though, it’s stumping me. What’s your preference?

Third times a charm.....right?That’s the way the saying goes, isn’t it? Well I sure do hope so because we are currently on our third booking to get a flight out of Toronto to Mexico on May 7th. THIRD, ugh, it’s beyond frustrating at this point. And the amount of credits that we have with multiple airlines now is just silly. I’ve just sent the most long winded email to #TICO as dealing with these airlines individually is kind of a joke. They don’t see a person or a uniqu...e situation, they see me as a number amongst the masses and just keep giving me the same generic response that I’m sure many others are hearing these days. Brutal I tell you. I just hope it doesn’t get to a point where I need to bring this to the medias attention to get someone to LISTEN to me. Sorry friends, that’s one serious rant, not my usual state. But there it is, pure frustration. And because I simply can’t post on such a negative note with no positivity, I just had to share an image of this incredibly beautiful baby girl, with the most gorgeous head of hair, to make you smile after reading a not so fun loving post :) Now back to my happy place..editing!!! Your baby as art, and also, how gorgeous is this nursery This right here is the reason I sell prints rather then digital files. Well, I sell both actually, however I encourage prints over files as these images are meant to be displayed in your home, big and beautiful as this framed piece is. Digitals are meant for archive purposes, so in a roundabout way, the point I’m getting at is, print your photos people!! I’d love to see some ways you’ve displayed your images from our sessions together. Share them on your stories, but don’t forget to tag me so I can see it too
