Holy smokes do I love this little makita drywall saw. Kept the dust out of my face and made quick work of cutting this drywall out. Had to rip out some drywall from water and ice build up around the fan, not to mention the attic was filled with frost. It didn't help they only have about 8" of blown in insulation. We read the humidity level at just over 50% when we first got here and just from running exhaust fans and the furnace fan, in just a day it was down to just over 20%. Make sure you run your fans, invest in a hygrometer and avoid costly damages to your home. @ Saskatoon, Saskatchewan

One of the only times I remembered to grab finish photos. This is the basement reno we did in willowgrove. Nothing fancy just added a bedroom, bathroom and common area in a rental condo. Everything on this went pretty smooth for the most part. Had issues with the plumbing roughins, nothing was where it was supposed to be. Ended up pulling up alot more of the slab than we should have needed to. All in all I think it came out not too bad @ Saskatoon, Saskatchewan
