The headlines on the news today were very misleading... Dear current and potential members, We were hopeful that the news today would allow us to open, as the headlines led everyone to believe. The 'easing' of restrictions however for February 8 does not allow for any group training whatsoever - not even in a circuit format. This, along with 3 meters/10 ft social distancing and other new restrictions mean that most gyms will not be able to open, particularly group fitness a...nd martial arts. Within 3 weeks from February 8, we will be informed as to whether those restrictions will be further eased to go into 'Step 2', the criteria of which has not been defined. See more

We are joining our voices with the hope that the government will realize the importance of ending this lock down and returning to the gym. The government restrictions and closures haven’t just affected few, they have crushed many. Each small business forced to close isn’t just a business- behind each one is a family. These forces closures continue to destroy the dreams and hard work of families in our communities. Even if these businesses can survive and reopen, it is the fa...milies behind them that will be fighting the negative impact for years to come. Between the 1st and 2nd lockdown, we were open for about 5 months and in that time had over ____ people enter the doors of our gym. We didn’t have a single case of covid come into our facility or originate in our facility due to our diligence, safety protocols and stringent cleaning procedures.
