Last week, we delivered a set of devices to the B.R.I.D.G.E Mental Health Day Treatment Program at Markham Stouffville Hospital! These devices will be provided to ensure all their clients have access to the technology required to engage in the program! The B.R.I.D.G.E Program is a psychoeducational group-based program that provides the opportunity for individuals with mental illness to experience recovery through a process of Building, Recovering, Initiating, Developing, Grow...ing, and Empowering. In this program, clients participate in virtual groups focused on building life skills, promoting physical health and wellness, and developing coping strategies. They explore a series of themes, such as life balance, spirituality, self-confidence, coping with illness, assertive communication, stress management, healthy relationships, and self-compassion. #FrontlineConnex #GetCAConnected #GetONConnected
