Number 1 question of 22 : What have you done to adjust for COVID? At Front Line Services we have modified our delivery to meet all the required standards to the best of our ability and to meet best practices. Just a few changes:... Smaller class sizes (6 people maximum). 6 foot spacing between participant seating. Floor markings within facility for distancing. Proper PPE provided for all courses on-site. (Level 2 surgical mask required in class at all times. Gloves and face shields when participants working together within 6 feet.) Individual materials used in class when possible. Shared equipment sanitized between uses. All participants pre-screened prior to entry to the course and hand sanitizer provided at all seats. Increased cleaning within facility. Hepa filtration air purifier on-site. We’re doing everything possible to keep you and ourselves safe at every course. Call us if you have any questions.

Open for training!!! We apologize to everyone who has reached out for a course and has been patiently waiting for dates. We JUST finished incorporating all the new COVID Guidelines taking into account Red Cross, Heart & Stroke, WSIB, Provincial and Municipal. ... All participants will be required to wear masks (must be procedural, homemade not accepted), face shields and gloves whenever 6 feet social distancing is not maintained. We have sourced all our equipment and will be building this into course costs. In addition, classes at our Training Center in Waterford will be capped at 6 people per course. We will be contacting everyone this week who has reached out for a course, but please feel free to contact us with any questions. Thank you for your continued support.

We hope everyone is staying safe and cool We are watching and waiting for the go ahead to start training again from WSIB and the Ontario Government. But until then we are busy fixing up and cleaning the shop. Can’t wait to show the final results to our in-class participants as soon as we can.

Although traditional style classes are not running, Blended Learning is a GREAT option right now. Let us know if this is something that might interest you. Here is a little humor to get through your day, a recommendation from my son: https://www.youtubetrimmer.com/view/

Looking to complete your First Aid or CPR while social distancing restrictions are in place? In the comfort of your own home and at your own pace, you can complete the theory now, receiving a temporary certificate that is temporarily valid with WSIB. Once social distancing restrictions have been lifted attend an in-class course to complete the certification. The in-class course will focus on the practical components and the hands on skills. The course timeline is the sa...me as any First Aid Course, but completed half at home and half in-class. Check out the flyer attached or reach out to us to explain the details. WE ALSO OFFER WHMIS TRAINING - from the comfort of your own home - all online.
