Today we are saying goodbye to another staff member at Frontrunners. Chris has been part of the Frontrunners Family since October, he will be heading back to Ontario this week. Chris has been helping out with our online store and our go to person for any running shoe tech questions, he really knows a lot about shoes. 100km is a LONG-LONG run. 100km on a treadmill....well that is another level. First thing this morning our friend Tim Wilkinson fired up his treadmill to run 100km to raise awareness of Batten Disease. In particular to help out a brave little Nanaimo girl named Charleigh.
