It’s World Pasta Day! RIGATONI w/ BRAISED BEEF a la KOKKINISTO style. I braised the beef in red wine with fresh herbs, cinnamon, veggies, and tomato paste from @kyknoscanning until tender. Meat fell off the bone; super smacking delicious!

Good Morning! I love my greek coffee in the morning; actually at anytime of the day. A staple in our house. Greek coffee is a strong brew, served with foam on the top and the coffee grounds in the bottom of the cup. There is nothing like Greek coffee; in Greece it’s called ( ). It’s so good. Granted, like regular coffee, it’s an acquired taste. Drink up! Happy Sunday!
