Due to Covid restrictions the AGM for 2020 will be held at the Springfield Range on Sunday October 18th 2020 @ 1pm. With the government directives in place, the AGM is restricted to 50 attendees. The board make 8 so 42 general members may attend. Members will be checked in at the gate starting at 12:15 and when we have the required number of attendees or the time is 12:45 the gate will be locked and no further members will be admitted. ... Please bring your membership card to show at the gate. Attendance at the AGM is for members in good standing only. For this AGM: The facility is closed on the afternoon of the AGM to all shooting and guests Social distancing is in effect All attendees must wear a mask There will not be chairs available unless you are infirm No surfaces have been sanitized, govern yourself accordingly. 2021 Membership renewals will be available after the AGM and not before. Bring the 2021 membership form completed with a Cheque, Money Order or exact cash (no change will be made)

Springfield Sports Club will be closed on Thursday, 8th October from noon until 3pm for inspection. There will be no activity permitted onsite at that time.
