Fruitful Gardens

First attempt at micro greens, which are just baby vegetables, harvested when they are only a few inches tall. These are a delicious power food - very nutrient rich. Awesome on sandwiches or as a garnish. This flat of micros is a mix of kohlrabi, red cabbage, tatsoi, mizuna, kale, and mustard greens. I'll have to change a few things for next time though. Better lighting and a little more heat should make them grow faster. Hopefully I'll perfect these for the summer!

I'm actually on the ball this year- 5 varieties of strawberries are ordered for 2021!
