Hi Folk"s, In the interest of fairness to all of my customers we will not be accepting text's or calls Friday, Saturday and Sunday. This will insure the waiting times are not excessive. Average wait time at window varies between 5 to 10 minutes, with calls and texts and window 30 to 45 minutes, so you see where I'm going here, we will revisit this after the lockdown. Hello Everyone, It is our first Fish & Chips Friday at the Chip Truck. Special note:... I have a fryer dedicated for the fish, that's all that is cooked there. This allows that anything else you might order is done in a separate fryer to ensure that the quality and taste is uncompromised. Get your catch of the day today, I have plenty. Thanks Ron

Operational Day change: Were busy now, basically everyone knows where we are and that we are open so we are going to add Wednesday to our operations so Wed through Sunday with Monday and Tuesday off. We will be operating here at this site until the first week of March, then I will take a staycation before moving back to the other site the "chip wagon" first week of April. I will be keeping fish and chips and Wings at the chip wagon. Thanks, Ron

They are allowing us who have take out available our customers to come and get that take out, you are totally within your right to do under this law. You are allowed to pick up your take out meal....
