Start the day off with some portable training. I am working with Tammy Lagasse this morning, she has scoliosis but it hasn't slowed us down . Infact we have her shoulder and back moving like never before . I built her a strength base and now we're working on mobility/range of motion, this is to help her recruit more muscle instead of muscles compensating because of her scoliosis. She could only raise her arm to around 45 degrees and now we have it at 90 degrees . Good day people! I just want to let everyone know what I do , I think most people think I just train powerlifters . This isn't the case I am currently training a boxer , hockey players , football players one plays for the Edmonton Wildcats. I also do rehab , one of my portable training clients has scoliosis and we are working on gaining more range of motion and strength and we are winning !! I have helped my mother through hip replacements and an ankle fusion and wrist fusio...n ! I educate myself to be able to meet any clients demands . I also do sport specific programs to make sure your ready for your season. Tomorrow I'm back out on the road doing some portable training . I want to mention I'm not a 1 trick pony ; I have helped my mom through 5 hip replacements, a fused wrist, and now I'm helping her rehab her latest surgery, a fused wrist . I also run the FATE program ( future athletes training education ). I am a CERTIFIED personal trainer ,i also compete competitively in powerlifting and I'm just getting into armwrestling, so please get at me with any questions or concerns .
