OPPORTUNITY TIME BELOW!! -------------------------------------------------------------- My name is Lynette Piper and I'm working with Dawn Bird of BEZee Productions ([email protected]) updating her actor database. She has two exciting projects in the pre-production stage for roll-out early next year. She's asked me to provide her with a complete database of actors to present to her casting people later this fall. (We’re looking at actors from across the country and tra...vel will be included.) If you're an actor and want to be included in our database, please get back to us with the following information: - Name - Birthdate (If we hire you, we need the actual date for legality and accounting purposes, but we recognize actors can certainly play a range of ages) - Gender (Male, Female, Non-Binary) - Agent Affiliation (or are you Self-Represented?) - Union (or are you Non-Union?) - Phone (How best can we reach you?) - Email - City We need a recent COLOUR Headshot (a clear, high-resolution JPEG from your phone or FB account is fine, capturing you from your shoulders up). As well, we’d like a few bullets containing your name, contact info, list of Film/TV/Commercial/VoiceOver/Theatre credits, and any special skills or abilities you think a casting director might be interested in. If you’re not interested, just shoot me a quick text and say no thanks. If you are interested, please fill out the above information and send it to: [email protected] If you’d like to be involved in any crew work for these upcoming projects, send us a quick email with your areas of interest and contact info. Thanks! Lynette Piper on behalf of Dawn Bird B.E.Zee Productions 306-205-1484 www.bezeeproductions.com
Introducing... Camryn! Camryn is a fourth-year film production student and the current President of the FSA. She enjoys showing off her dog, reading a lot of books but never for school, and rewatching the same three shows instead of finding something new. She hopes her miserable resting face and monotone voice doesn’t scare anyone off, as she wants new film students to show interest in the FSA, or even just come hang out and chat in the discord this year
Only 11 days left to submit!! Get them in!!
The University of Regina is relaying information provided by Saskatchewan Health that the U of R main campus was the site of a possible COVID-19 exposure. An in...dividual who attended the main floor of the Education Building (the common area close to the Riddell Centre) on Friday, October 30 between 3:00 pm and 6:00 pm was likely infectious at the time. It is important to note that the University does not have access to any further information regarding the identity of the individual or specifics around exact times or location. Public Health officials are advising anyone who may have been at this location on the specified date and time to self-monitor for 14 days. Anyone developing symptoms of COVID-19 should immediately self-isolate and call the HealthLine at 811 to arrange for testing. It is important to note that people may develop symptoms from two to 14 days following exposure to the virus. This potential exposure will be added to our website at Campus COVID-19 Advisories. Please check the site regularly if you attend campus in person. https://www.uregina.ca/term-u/health-safety/advisories.html Please stay safe by continuing to observe all recommended public health guidelines relating to; hand washing/sanitizing, mask usage, physical distancing, and limiting the number of people in your social bubble.
In a changing world, URSU is changing to make sure it's easier for you, the students of the University of Regina and its Federated Colleges, to connect with us.... While we regret that we were not able to have this implemented in time for the most recent AGM, we are pleased to announce that we will be using Saskatchewan Deaf and Hard of Hearing Services to improve the accessibility of our meetings. This means that all online meetings directed at the general membership will have closed captioning available, and all in-person meetings will have an American Sign Language interpreter. We are always interested in making improvements, so if you can think of other kinds of accommodations we could make for you or someone you know, please let us know here or via email [email protected]. IMAGE DESCRIPTION: Blue keyboard keys with a wheelchair accessible icon, hearing assistance icon, and blind accessibility icon.
