Decided to make our first post of 2021 a special one. Here are some befores, durings and afters of this full home renovation we spent most of last year completing. Some cool details of this project: This project was fully drawn, designed and built by us. The overall scope was to demolish the existing garage and build an attached two-story garage with storage in the attic space, while completely redoing the exterior of the home.... As for the inside - we removed two walls in the kitchen area opening the space enough for a modern kitchen with a large island. Two unique things done on the inside were we replaced the rear patio door with a regular exterior door, and framed in a doggie door so the pups could go in and out as they please. We also opened the staircase allowing a beautiful flow from the living room to the kitchen that was not previously there. This interior, kitchen included was custom designed in house. The most unique part of this job was the wood rustic shelves in the kitchen were actually the roof joists used to build the 100 year old garage we tore down. They were repurposed to have a little piece of history in the new home. Hope you enjoy these photos!
Here is a 3-tiered deck with a custom pergola and wire railings we did for an incredible client! Turned out fantastic and completely transformed the yard

Here’s a custom shed build we completed. Fully finished with siding, soffits, facias, double hung windows, double (out-swinging) door, built in shelving on the back wall and a 4 foot overhang off the front We framed the shed with 2x4’s to keep the weight of the shed down, so we added two support beams with small knee-wall like studs to add extra support to the roof rafters in the winter. This was a cool project, contact us if you are interested in something like this!
Load bearing wall into an open space to make two rooms one large living area. No engineer needed as I am qualified to spec any built-up beam. Let’s open up your space!
