Did we mention, we do NUTRITION Check out this weekly recipe: STEAK FAJITA WRAP ... (Serves 4) Ingredients: - 1lbs sirloin cut into strips - 1 red onion - 1 red pepper, sliced - 1 green pepper, sliced - 2 tbsp olive oil Seasoning: - 2 tbsp chili powder - 1 tsp sea salt - 1 tsp paprika - 1/2 tsp stevia - 1/2 tsp onion powder - 1/2 tsp garlic powder - 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper - 1/2 tsp cumin - 1/2 cup plain greek yogurt - 2 tbsp olive oil - 2 tbsp water Directions: 1. Mix dry ingredients for seasoning. Combine with water, olive oil, and yogurt. 2. Stir in beef strips and marinate for 15 minutes 3. Heat skillet on medium and saute onions and peppers for about 6 minutes 4. Add marinated beef 5. Cook on medium high for 10 minutes, stirring often 6.
