Build-up and residue in your HVLP Fuji Spray gun can become a big problem for your paint applications. This can be fixed with a regular cleaning! First, pour out any remaining material from the cup and clean out the residue with a solvent soaked rag. After this, remove the filter at the base of the pick up tube and follow these steps: 1) Fill the cup up to the halfway mark with your solvent.... 2) Attach your spray gun to the house turbine and spray the solvent out into a waste bucket until it runs clean. 3) With a clean rag, wipe out the inside and outside of the cup, including the lid. 4) Inspect the pressure tube and check the valve. 5) Remove the collar, air cap and needle and inspect for debris. 6) Using the wrench supplied with your spray gun, remove the fluid nozzle and inspect for debris. How do you keep your Fuji Spray equipment clean?
