"I started training with Tim on July 23, 2019. During our initial 'meet and greet', Tim was on a mission to find out what my goals/concerns were and what I expected to achieve at the end of our training. It occurred to me that Tim also took under consideration the age group I was in as this also plays a vital role in designing a proper workout that would fit with my age, body and results I was after. I was pleasantly surprised to find out that Tim was paying attention to this... essential detail.
