Its winter which means we need to be a bit more picky with parking. To prevent narrowing the street and being respectful to neighbours, please only park either on our driveway (if it's available) OR across the street. Try to avoid same side parking as it narrows the roads and with the icy roads, it's not safe.

Jessica!!!! What did you do?!? I literally just ate a handful of chips and a small handful of chocolate covered almonds because I had a moment of 'holy shit I'm starving' and at that moment hunger took over, and I didn't give two shits what I ate.. So, now I have two options:... 1. Feel guilty about my choice which will lead to more of this eating pattern, because emotion and food do NOT go well together OR 2. Suck it up. I made the choice. I tracked it and it's time to move on. (Ps. 376 useless calories ) So, what to do when you get into that, 'oh shit, I just let go of all control?' Implement something right away that makes you feel like you made a healthier, better choice. For me, it was cooking up a salmon for lunch and plan to pair it with a garden salad. How you react to things is what makes it possible to create change or create havoc. I have worked on not feeling bad, realizing I made a choice and it was great in that moment, but now I set the rest of the day for great habits. Guilt over your choices won't help you. As a coach, guilting someone on their food choice isn't helpful, it's damaging! So, be kind to yourself and allow yourself the 'OK' to have a moment of enjoyment, your human. How you treat yourself will be what makes you succeed or not. Now, why did I make that choice? That's something I need to figure out... Oh right, I had a small breakfast. For me, breakfast is key to better eating habits. Also, been working a lot more this week, so stress is slightly higher. Find out your why's and work on ways to help your future self to succeed rather than make the same mistake over and over again.
