Well, things are changing quickly in these crazy times, and while we are happy to say our online dispensary continues to function as before, we are experiencing some delays and limited availability of certain products. We have also decided that as of now, in an effort to do everything we can to help prevent the spread of covid-19, we will not be accepting any new patients, and will be providing almost exclusively phone consultations (some exceptions may be made depending on ...circumstances). If you have an upcoming appointment, we are in the process of contacting you all to discuss switching your in-office appointment to a phone consultation. If you want to be proactive and you have test results to discuss, feel free to send along ahead of time by faxing, scanning and emailing, or dropping in the mail. Stay healthy, stay home!! Much love! Full Circle has patiently been waiting out the weekend to receive the new CDC updates posted as of this morning. We understand that this is a stressful time for many and we encourage everyone to rely on reputable sources of information such as the CDC, the WHO and IPAC websites for up to date information, rather than succumbing to the panic driven posts on social media. The recommendations being made are intended to protect our country, and prevent what is happening in high...ly affected areas from happening here. It is intended to help ensure that front line health care services don't become overwhelmed. It is intended to prevent these things, and maintain our current "low risk of transmission" status. It is officially our stance to encourage people to remain calm, follow the recommendations such as good hand hygiene, avoiding large crowded places, and staying home if possible. It is for these reasons, that we have decided to offer phone consultations for those who are not in need of physical assessment, as well as deciding to stagger in-office visits so there is a minimum of a 15 min window before and after every patient to adequately clean any handled surfaces, as well as prevent people from having to wait in the waiting area. Our on-line dispensary continues to run, and if you are in need of a refill of your supplement prescription, we encourage you to do that online, by using the online dispensary that can be found on the website. Our priority is, of course, keeping ourselves, our patients, our families, and the wider general population safe and healthy. So, try to find the silver lining in this situation and reconnect with nature, take a hike, do a puzzle, play a board game, or walk a dog (and if you don't have a dog, I probably have 1 or 2 (or 3) that I'm sure would be happy to go out on an adventure with you!!
