Addressing 2021 rules alignment in a couple NASCAR classes at Grand Bend Speedway. 1- NASCAR Mini Stock: Provincial Mini Stock rules will apply, any "Fun/Bone Stock" cars will be allowed to complete regardless of allowable changes and be able to upgrade components as necessary to provincial standards ( tires, computer, springs, camber,ect) We feel that our speedway will be able to entertain both groups in one class and being competitive will be achieved with minor changes an...d cost. *Note- Rookie Stock class (up to 13 years old or a rookie driver of any age) will use same rules package as Mini Stock for underage and development drivers. 2- NASCAR Sportsman: We will be utilizing a steel bodied (vintage or modern) rules package of either Hot Rod or Street Stock. Cars will use weights and components in those rules packages and on the Towel City 8" slick with 8" rims to address cost and equality in cars. Again our speedway has the opportunity to blend these cars and have competitive, cost effective racing in this division. Our website is not finished at this point and rules are not posted yet. After a few inquiries about the Junior Mini Truck class at GBS, we have decided to race them bi-weekly on our schedule to be released shortly. Driver development has and always will be a top priority to the speedway and it's future. Race you to the beach

On Track for 2021 at Grand Bend Speedway

Any racers wishing to compete at Grand Bend Speedway for the 2021 season can now email Tabitha at [email protected] or call her at 1-519-369-0296 with the following information (class, car# and driver) then we will send you the GBS Home Track membership forms for all classes which will be FREE of charge for 2021. NASCAR memberships will be processed later with applicable fees. Car #s will be assigned according to 2020 for the next 20 days (December 9th) After that ca...r#s will be on a first come first serve basis. Race you to the beach.

We are currently working on things for 2021 with a lot of headway on finalizing projects in the office. 2021 GBS Home Track Classes will include: Junior Sprint Junior Late Model... Rookie Stock NASCAR Mini Truck NASCAR Sportsman NASCAR Mini Stock NASCAR Late Model Plus bi-weekly INEX Legend and appearances from the Pro Four Modified and Outlaw Sprint. Rules will be posted in the near future as our website becomes available and current. Patience is appreciated at this time. Our season will begin on Sunday April 25th and go each Sunday at 2 pm until September 19th. Points Championships will be a " best of 14 race days" of the complete schedule at this point and Track Champions will be decided accumulation on all of the events. Again this is a preliminary layout and subject to change. 2021 will also debut our "On Track Racing Experience" where you can drive a real NASCAR Late Model race car along with other types of race cars, potential dates are Wednesday, Thursday and Friday of each week throughout the summer at Grand Bend Speedway. Subject to change on dates as well. At this point we are contemplating free membership for GBS racer's and a very economical season pass. More to come in the next week along with media releases.
