Always trying to get better as a coach allowing players to give me feedback and sometimes input on what drills they prefer. Treating these young athletes like the adults they will soon be makes it easier to connect and get the end result. @zechthomass plays in the @ojhlofficial for @admiralsjra and is a leader for me in all my sessions either helping the kids who struggle or working beyond the skill level on the ice. Truly a pleasure!
