Let’s talk mistakes! Mistakes happen all the time! Does that mean your herbs won’t work? NO! Does that mean you will get less benefit from them? NO! Does that mean you have to waste them? NO! I made a mistake when mixing my nerve formula together the other day. I added the lavender to the wrong bag and couldn’t fix it. I forgot to measure my herbs in a different container before adding them together. OOPS! I thought nothing of it until I tasted the decoction that had been si...tting for 24 hours. Uh ya I don’t care for the strong taste of lavender. So did i get angry and throw everything away? Haha no i downed as much as i could with a chocolate chaser and decided i would just need to steep them differently. So instead of 24 hours they sit 20min lol is it as beneficial as 24 hours, likely not. Will it still benefit me greatly to drink this daily, HELL YES!! These plants know more than we do. They know the parts of the body they love and they go to them. Will i remember to meassure seperarely when formulating for myself? HAHAHAHA YES!!!! Lol Happy Friday! This blend of herbs is for my nerves. For the pain for the regeneration! I am beyond grateful that they are available to me and that I utilize them to the fullest! Right now a LOT of my energy is going into pain management for my brachial plexus nerve pain damage. Who knew falling down the stairs and catching myself would be this impactful. I am rewiring and its not usually a comfortable process. I have an ultrasound booked, MRI & EMG recs in and a rec to see a neurologist!
