The worst advice I've ever heard is "there is nothing that can be done for that". If you ever hear these words you should translate that into this... "There isn't anything I know of, but I dont know everything"... If you make this translation in your mind you will continue to search to find a solution that works for you. However, if you believe the bad advice it usually is a self fulfilling prophecy. Your mindset and beliefs are more important than you think.
