YOU CAN DO IT LITTLE GUYS! That's been my internal dialogue when it comes to my broken foot. Thinking about all those cute little osteoclasts, osteoblasts an osteocytes, working their magic together to break down and build up bone. Cheering the osteoblasts on and doing what I can to support them as they gloriously live into a heightened state of their designed function. Drinking golden milk lattes often these days to help bring healing to the internal bruising around my broke...n toe. That, topical arnica, topical CBD (hemp based) and MSM, internal magnesium citrate, and boswelia capsules... healing up pretty quickly. Half way through the six week recovery time, and confident for full and glorious recovery.

I’ve been reflecting on anxiety, what it feels like, and what I learn when I’m in it. Anxiety does not want to make you a better person. It seeks to destroy. It does not want you to live in faith, freedom, or fun. it works to cripple and debilitate you. Yet, I’m finding that experiences in states of anxiety can be used for good... Yes, I do have some thoughts on the state of the world, particularly on the response to COVID-19. Instead of sharing them, here's some good advice. Mostly cause with 4 hours of sleep and eating NadaMoo by the pint, I know I need the reminders. hahaha. Eat right. Use logic. Rest well.... Vitamin C saturation. Take appropriate supplements.
