Canadian Ski Patrol

It is with a heavy heart that we announce the passing this week of Nova Scotia Zone Patroller David Dewey. Our sincere condolences go out to David’s wife Krista..., daughter Kaitlyn and son and fellow patroller Ben. David joined the patrol in 2014 and quickly became a Saturday night fixture at Martock. Affectionately known as part of The Dream Team, David was also an instructor and served as Vice President of Marketing and Fund Development on the Nova Scotia Zone Executive in 2017-2018. A funeral and celebration of David’s life will be held Sunday, November 17 at 2:00 at Port Wallis United Church, 263 Waverley Road, Dartmouth, Nova Scotia.
