April 18, 2021 COYOTES SHINE ON SECOND DAY OF FHA AUCTION MUSKRATS ALSO SHOW STRENGTH... Heavy western coyotes sold 100% at an average price of $98.52 USD (approx $120 CDN) with a top price of $148 USD ($180CDN) on day 2 of FHA’s April auction. Heavy-semi eastern coyotes sold 75% and averaged $45.68 USD (approx $56 CDN), with a top price of $99 USD ($121 CDN). Muskrats sold 100% at a $5.12 USD average (approx $6.25 CDN). We are very pleased with the strong support from the international fur trade, with almost 200 buyers registered and actively participating. April 2021 Auction Update Starting April 9th our auction facility is open for scheduled inspection to registered fur brokers and buyers. This is for inspection only and ONLINE bids will commence April 16th at 8am EST. This is an ONLINE auction and we will begin closing bids on April 17th at 7am through to the 20th. Both European auctions very recently concluded and these sales ran for a few days longer than advertised due to increased interest. We decided to add an extra d...ay as well to better accommodate our customers. July 2021 Auction ALL PICK UP ROUTES ARE GOING AHEAD AS ADVERTISED ACROSS ALL OF NORTH AMERICA. April 28, 2020 FUR HARVESTERS AUCTION INC TARGETS AUGUST AUCTION Fur Harvesters Auction Inc. has set its next sale dates for August 2020. Show days will run from August 16th through 19th and the auction will run August 20th through 22nd, 2020. ... These dates are being well received throughout the global fur trade. It is felt that by this time a traditional auction will be feasible. The two European auction houses are scheduled for September. We felt it best to go prior to these and get our product into the market place and get the fur business rolling again. Some countries will possibly still suffer from travel restrictions but we are confident that enough brokers and direct customers will be able to attend. This has been conveyed to all of us here from buyers around the world. Our warehouse remains closed to the general public but we have remained operational under the COVID-19 guidelines As provinces and states open up, we are recommending that trappers check our web site frequently as we will post our pickup schedules as they become available. Our last receiving date for this auction will be June 7. The Trap Department is open to call-in and online ordering only, and all orders are sent via parcel post.
