Changes are the following: - 20mg Nicotine Cap (Maximum) - 2ML Liquid Capacity for Devices/Tanks - 30mL Maximum Bottle Size - Plain Packaging - Nicotine-Free is Prohibited - Advertising restrictions (More to come as we develop more information) With these regulations, and the tight timeframe our industry had of only 45 days to make these changes, vast majority of our partners are up to the neck with transition issues/delays. Waiting on further clarification on these changes, so far this is what we know: - 20mg Nicotine Cap (Nothing above 20mg/2% of Nicotine) ... - Flavours in Vaping are limited to adult-access stores only (19+ Establishments Only) - All-age access stores such as Convenience Stores, Gas Stations will be limited to no flavours - Plain Packaging to go into effect As far as we know, these changes will have to be enforced by September 15th, 2020 in order to be compliant (For existing businesses).
