PROBLEM: she had her eyebrows waxed somewhere else a couple of times and they were over waxed from her previously natural full shape. SOLUTION: 1 Let them grow for a few weeks 2 wax them the desired thickness (it’s going to take a few months for full thickness regrowth) 3 teach her how to pencil in to the desired shape to fill in the sparsed area. 4 wait 3 weeks and repeat steps until all the natural brow hairs re grow to the desired shape.
