Way to go Team! One year in our Langford office and over 200% client growth

In order to keep our sanity dealing with insurance day in and day out, we try to spice things up a bit for our clients by providing them with fresh baked goods produced by Mike. We thought we should share this email, which just came in today from one of our clients vacationing in Brazil. If only insurance policies had adjectives like this... Dear Fatster.... It is with incredible joy in my stomach that I bring to you the gratitude for all the bakings received! ... Fuck, just why did delivery take so long??? By the time the goods reached my sweet tooth, I was dry like an ethereal virgin waiting to get laid. OK,OK... better late than never. Especially, when the merchandise comes at the quality (and quantity!!!) received. You are a beautiful human being Michael... and bloody talented one too:) I have to say that every time you send goods my way, it seems like it’d be hard to beat the quality of taste of the previous batch.... wrong! This last zucchini and nut loaf batch was beyond great. The texture, moisture level, the nut content and the sugar levels.... all mastered to PERFECTION! Seriously the best ever, I absolutely loved every bite and would never ever buy a slice at a coffee shop again... if I could have one of yours with ma’morning cup of bean. THANK YOU AND CONGRATULATIONS!! Now.... the peanut butter coconut chocolate heaven.... what dafcuk??? How did you achieve such perfect balance of flavours? This is now my most favourite sugar fix, hands down. Loved the fact that it was dark, quality chocolate and the layer was thick and solid enough to offset the sweetness and richness of peanut butter. Hallelujah! Bring those on, brother! My only regret is that I ended up spreading the gospel of Mike the Baker, being way to generous sharing my loot with the taste bud deprived bunch of fellow diver trash. Soft heart, I guess. Was horrified when informed that there was ONLY one ziploc bag of chocolate covered gold. Next time will know better! And the fruit tarts.... I NEED to have those again! Fresh! Their existence was only revealed to me almost at the very end of the trip !!! And they were delicious! Want more! Can you imagine those filled with custard under the fruit???? Now the staple.... coconut granola bites... daily fix, quick sugar high after a long dive day. Love them, always. They still could be less sweet for me though. But then maybe not, cause I’d be eating five at the time instead of two:) LONG LIVE THE FATSTER!!!! R.
