#MeetTheTeam Whitney (she/her), a Youth Case Lead at FYI For the past two years, Whitney has been able to support and get to know youth in the community. She works alongside youth to determine their needs in the areas of education, employment, housing, settlement and immigration. Whitney has a passion for film photography, travelling, and cooking.

If you’re new to FYI, here’s a little bit about us. For Youth Initiative takes an individualized case management approach to every client we serve, providing holistic wraparound support to meet youth where they are and help them get to where they want to be. Our programs and services are designed to empower youth to identify and reach their personal goals, develop leadership skills, graduate high school, enrol in post-secondary education, and prepare for the workforce. Her most important role within FYI is to prepare any and all youth who seek her support for life after high school college, university, trades and apprenticeships, taking a gap year, coming back to school after taking time off and much more.
