For those of you who know me, you know what's most been in my heart (since at least 14yrs old) is to make a difference, and to help people. I have strived, and strived, one big goal after the next, and put an abundance of pressure on myself, and in turn, fell out of love with the process. I forgot how to have fun.... I used fun as a way to reward myself or to recover from overwhelm, instead of having fun, because life is supposed to be enjoyable. And that's what I get to retrain my brain on. To messages I've received, I am okay. I appreciate you noticing my absence, and I will respond shortly. There has been a lot of processing going on, where I haven't felt like sharing much, instead conserving energy to do my deep work. Much, much love.
