As you know, Premier Doug Ford, has announced a province wide lockdown as of December 26th 2020. Under the Provincial framework, health care practitioners (HCPs) are considered essential. Registered Massage Therapists fall under this category. However, to help mitigate the spread of the virus, Fysical Health is choosing to shut down for a period of two weeks beginning the week of Dec 28th. This is to help maintain our safety and client safety from those who may not follow the... directives given from the Ministry of Health. We plan to continue seeing clients the week of Jan 11, 2021. However, the length of our closure may change or be extended at which time we will send out communication in that regard. Please also note, Carol will not be treating the month of January. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us. We will be checking our email frequently. As Christmas quickly approaches FHMT wanted to remind our loyal and valued clients to please cancel their appointments, if they are in any way, not feeling 100%. It doesn't need to be COVID related. Runny or stuffy nose, sore throat, gastro-intestinal issues, persistant cough etc... We of course would love to see you, but we would prefer that you keep your amoebas to yourself :) Secondly, don't forget that we are MOVING!!! We will begin treating in our new location January 1st 2021 at 16 Front St E. Unit A. We encourage everyone to take a drive by to familliarize yourself with our new location and parking lots that you can use, to avoid confusion and late arrivals. As always, we are here to answer any questions you may have and we look forward to seeing you all soon!!

The busy season for RMTs has begun!! Every year, our schedules blow up with appointments, and this year is no different except thanks to COVID-19, it's even crazier! Just a few reminders for our patients. DO NOT GIVE AWAY YOUR APPOINTMENT! We keep a waiting list. If you are unable to fulfill your appointment commitment, contact the clinic to cancel. Do not assume it to be given to a friend, spouse, child etc. We have people waiting to get in on a cancellation basis.... BOOK IN ADVANCE! Appointment times are already becoming scarce. Please book in advance to secure your anticipated year end appointment. WAIT OUTSIDE/IN YOUR VEHICLE! Please do not enter the clinic until we have come to get you personally. We have protocols and disinfecting guidelines we must follow to help lower the risk and spread of COVID-19. STAY HOME IF YOU HAVE A COLD OR COVID-19 SYMPTOMS! Please call and cancel your appointment if you find yourself with cold symptoms of any kind and of course if you have COVID-19 symptoms. We'll be happy to reschedule you once you have been given the all clear. See you all soon!
