Loss. It’s never the same twice. It’s different for everyone. Loss is a part of life. People come and go into our lives. Some stay longer, while others fonder. There is one thing constant about loss. We all experience it at some point in our lives. Breakups, abandonment, death, illness, lifestyle, career, finances, you name it. Loss isn’t necessarily a bad thing though. It becomes part of us. Makes us value what and who we have. Sometimes the greatest losses remind us to take... care of ourselves. Give yourself the space to grieve. It may suck but it will get better. Turn to those you love, do what inspires you. Do everything you can to pick yourself up when you are ready. After that, it is time for you to love yourself. Loss takes but it can also give. Sometimes you’re making room for someone or something to come into your life. Where there is loss, there is renewal. It may feel like part of you has died, and it will hurt. It will take time to heal and that’s because you’re building over that hole. Manufacturing your grief into part of you. A new part of you. A part of you that you can explore and claim. Who has struggled with self esteem? I know I have! Self esteem issues impact a vast majority of the population, if not everyone at some point in their life.
